What I'm about to share here can be very powerful and impactful, if you can read it in that way.

Sven is one of the most kind, genuine and funny people I know. I got to know him at the end of 2022, and what a great meeting it was. I instantly loved his energy and curious state of being.

We started our coaching program, where he was super committed to look deeply into his life, what was working and what wasn't.

During one session, we discussed his challenges around people pleasing, putting himself in second place and comparing his life a lot to other people.

I asked him a question, one that just popped in my head at that moment:

''If your life were to be a book, with the past chapters representing the past, the now and future the unwritten blank pages. What would the title of your book be?''

A pause followed and Sven was thinking deeply about this question. Then a smile appeared and he spoke his Title out loud. (I made an agreement with him to not share the title)

The title was a representation of the way he saw himself and the world. And this made up for his behaviour and results.

The Title was disempowering and limiting him in a lot of ways. Together, we saw it protected him and kept him in a feeling of safety. But it wasn't relevant and serving any longer. He got to let go of it.

During the next few sessions we explored the beautiful possibility of creating a completely different and empowering Title: 'The grass is always greener at my side'.

We formed a new way of Being around this: from his deepest and most loving Self. I'm excited to see what story will be written on the coming blank pages.

As a physical reminder, I sent him his very own Life book.

So it is done,
So it will be written.
